Not being able to use the pool area was a let down. This was a bummer as our group had seven treatments between us and spend the entire day at the spa. The pool area itself was unclean and the jacuzzi also appeared unclean. The day pass for the spa includes access for the hotel's pool also. The bathroom area was clean, tidy and offered toiletries which was nice. The locker rooms are big enough with two changing rooms, two showers, a sauna and a steam room. The atmosphere of the spa is calm and relaxing.
